LOVE: This outfit that my Mom helped put together!
I was planning on wearing something totally opposite from this (think denim overalls and chucks haha). My Mom suggested that I lose the denim and wear this houndstooth skirt overall instead.
Overall skirt: Divisoria; Cropped Top: Forever21; Transparent Sling: Hong Kong; Heels: Divisoria
In fairness…it works! High five Mom! A more girly/mature Beef don’t you think? Plus! I got to debut my new heels from the Divi (cheap awesome finds whut upppp)!
To think I was all "Ughhh…Moooom, why you moleing me ‘bout my OOTD!" at first! Haha! I therefore conclude that we should allow our Moms to intervene in our fashion choices from time to time! :))
LOVE: Candy’s Latest Style Guide!
Since I haven’t properly blogged about it yet, I’d like to invite you all to buy this year’s Candy Style Guide (before the year ends hoho)! :)
It features some of the most stylish gals & guys around the globe in some up-to-the-minute street style outfits!
And I’m super thankful (and waay happy/stoked, as seen above) to say that I’m featured in the Philippines section! Wuhoo! Thank you forever Candy Magazine! :)
I’ve always been a Candy fan and I just feel soooo blessed to be part of Candy related thangs! :) God is truly aweesommmeee! <3
I’ve been hooked on Katy Perry’s new song lately (because the message is UHMAZING) and I just can’t help but say, that although it may be hard to love yourself sometimes…
…there will always be Someone who finds it soooo easy to love you. Someone who believes you’re beautiful, amazing, perfect, and worthy (flaws and all included). Someone who will love you forever and unconditionally no matter what happens and no matter what you’ve done. :)
Just a friendly reminder from me to you! Spreadin’ some love this Thursday evening! :)
Open up your heart and just let it begin.
P.S. I also LOVE: all these photos that Jon took!
Told y’all that I could not get enough of gold hardware, cropped tops, and creeper-ish shoes! Add snapbacks to that list and that’s my usual ootd formula lately.
Tie-up Cropped Top: Baleno; Shorts: Levis; Platform Sneakers: Hong Kong; Snapback: Hong Kong; Fringe Bucket Bag: Hong Kong
Hong Kong reppin’! I can’t wait to blog about my Hong Kong trip this year! I swear you guys, Prince Edward is SHOPPING HEAVEN! Especially for kuripot shoppers like me - I lovveeee bargains! Shopping there is like going to a fashown divisoria!
One of my fave purchases is this Style/Brooklyn snapback! It’s too dope to not have (yehesss, sayin’ dope now ei)! The cap enticed me from afar with the embroidered word STYLE and made me fall in love when I saw the cute Brooklyn surprise underneath its visor!
Feelin’ a bit Spike Lee with this one! ;)
Wore this outfit to watch Thor 2 with my family and oh my gash…was I CONFLICTED! Loki conflicted that is! At first I was all, "Hmph! Loki", then I was all, "Oh Loki! Teehee!", then "Ahuhuhu Loki!", and then finally, "LOOOKIIII!?!?!?".
You could even ask my friend Stef! I was texting her whilst watching (knowing how much she loves Loki) and I just needed someone to reassure me that everything was going to be Lokay.
Anyways! Gotta jet! It’s time to watch The Walking Dead!
Have an awesome last week of November! :)
P.S. Shout out to my talented cousin Ayi! :) She can sing, she can make amazing clay sculptures, and apparently she takes awesome OOTD photos as well! ;) Oh the youth of today! Y’all got so much promise in you!
